onetimer provides free, browser-based time tools including an alarm clock, countdown timer, stopwatch, digital clock, Pomodoro timer, and fitness timers (Tabata and HIIT). The Service is provided for personal and commercial use at no charge. Features may change or be removed without notice.

You may use the Service without creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any activity that occurs through your browser session.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Scrape or automate access in a manner that imposes unreasonable load on our servers
• Misrepresent affiliation with onetimer or use our branding without permission

onetimer runs entirely in your web browser. Alarms and timers require the tab to remain open and your device to stay awake — they are not a substitute for critical wake-up, medical, or safety alerts. We are not liable for missed alarms, inaccurate timing, or consequences of relying on the Service for time-sensitive activities.

The onetimer name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Audio assets used for alarms and ambient sounds are royalty-free (CC0) from third-party libraries as documented in the project. You may embed our tools in third-party sites using the provided embed URLs subject to those platforms' terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWELL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
